SymphonyAI Summit wins silver in the golden bridge awards

Even though we pay close attention to the needs of our customers and prospects as we develop solutions to their business challenges, it’s nice to get third-party validation now and again that we’re on the right track.

So, we’re happy to share the news that SymphonyAI Summit has been selected as a winner in the 11th annual 2019 Golden Bridge Business and Innovation Awards. We were named a silver winner in the category of IT Innovation for our SymphonyAI Summit Alps solution. The annual Golden Bridge Awards program evaluates the world’s top providers by their organizational performance, innovations, products and services, leadership, initiatives and more.

Released earlier this year, SymphonyAI Summit Alps is changing how IT service management is done by bringing service, asset and operations management together to work in concert. The features in SymphonyAI Summit Alps’ ITIL-certified modular suite are designed to help customers unleash productivity, accelerate business outcomes and deliver up to 45% improvement in total cost of ownership.

Dr. Akhil Sahai, our chief product officer, had this to say about the win: “We are thrilled to have been chosen by the Golden Bridge Awards for our excellence in IT innovation based on our success with the SymphonyAI Summit platform. Our goal is to provide the best possible service to our customers and their end-users via AI-driven IT management, and this award recognizes the achievements we’ve made this year.”
