Symphony SummitAI is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) responsible for developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. He/She needs to work closely with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with the SummitAI Products, the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. The CSM will work closely with all the internal SummitAI teams – Sales, Delivery and Development to ensure that the customer’s concerns are addressed

⦁ They need to be highly organized and have experience directing others.
⦁ They should be technically competent with deep domain knowledge in ITSM/ITOM

⦁ Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
