Role Description:

End to end training delivery from Training Need Analysis to customer delight
-
Syncing with delivery and product team to understand the continual improvement of the product features and having the plan for self-upgrade of product knowledge

Provide training to audience including Customers, Partners & Employees
-
Product/ Tool specific training on IT Service Management, Asset Management & Operations Management
-
Backup for US trainings (that would include training in US time zones), only in case of unavailability of the primary trainer for that location
-
Creating/ Helping the content development team to create training content (ppt) for the target audience
-
Maintain Training Data & Relevant Reports in the Training Sharepoint Site & LMS
Experience:
- Overall experience bracket preferred will be 6-8 years in technical training domain
Educational Qualification:
- Any UG/ PG
Industry certifications :
- ITIL Foundation, ESM/ ITSM tool administrator (preferred)
Skills required:
- Primary Skills (Mandatory)

Excellent english communication (both verbal and written)

Mandatory experience of training delivery in ESM/ ITSM domain

The Trainer should be Well versed in handling Software Product demo / training.
- Well versed in programming Technologies like Angular JS, Javascripting, MS SQL, MongoDB, Rest API
- Full time industry experience required (not part time)
- Training content creation experience
- Proficiency with MS office suite (excel, ppt, word mandatory)
- Minimum ITIL Foundation certified
- Experience of hands-on training in ESM/ ITSM tools
- Basic knowledge of ITSM tools players & features

- Secondary Skills (Good-to-have)
- Prior experience in a product organization

Any experience of training delivery for multiple geos (India, US etc) will be added advantage
