Job description:

  • Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
  • Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Field Sales team
  • Follow up with Sales team on meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline and achieve quota.

Experience:

  • 8+ years in Inside Sales handling sales of B2B IT hardware, Software, IT Services Sales
  • Basic understanding on ITIL framework and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within the IT Operations industry
  • Familiar with Pipedrive CRM or other CRMs

Minimum Qualification:

  • Technology Graduate ( B.E. / B. Tech. / B. Sc. ) preferably with an MBA or PGDM

MUST TO HAVE:

  • Must is 8+ years of BD experience of relevance of domain
  • Should from process-oriented companies like Dell, IBM, HP etc.,
  • Good stability
  • Plus to have ITSM Product selling experience else software, cloud IT etc is ok.
