They serve as the basis of most accessibility regulations worldwide and are applicable across all current and future digital technologies. |
| Is SymphonyAI WCAG Compliant? | Yes, SymphonyAI Product is WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) Compliant but has not undergone the Certification process. To elaborate further, SymphonyAI worked with the third-party vendor to perform the assessment of the SymphonyAI Platform against the WCAG 2.0 (Level AA) and all the proposed changes are adopted as per the recommendations. |

| What is the roadmap for this? | Currently, SymphonyAI is working on the New Platform Project which is being designed to meet the WCAG 2.0 Level AAA compliance and also has a plan to undergo the certification process. |

| Is VPAT necessary for products? | VPATs are used by Product buyers (customers) to determine how accessible a product is and where are the potential deficiencies are. Usually it is asked at the time of the purchase cycle of a Product. |
